Porch & Plenty respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through porchplenty.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address and ZIP code, requested installation timing, package and service selections, notes, payment status, and any optional finished-display photography permission.

Your porch photo stays on your device

If you upload a porch photo to the visualizer, the image is handled locally in your browser. It is not included with your request, uploaded to Porch & Plenty, or stored by us through the visualizer.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review service eligibility, respond to your request, confirm availability, prepare or revise your order, coordinate delivery and styling, provide customer support, and maintain necessary business records.

Service providers

We use Stripe to process payments and HubSpot to manage booking and customer communications. Our hosting provider stores the limited transaction and scheduling records needed to prevent overbooking and reconcile payments. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and handle it under their own privacy and security terms.

Analytics and advertising

The site does not currently use a connected advertising or analytics destination. If that changes, this policy will be updated to explain the tools used and the choices available to visitors.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Porch & Plenty, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging residential services and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and services change. The date at the top will show when the latest revision was posted.
