Can I use the visualizer outside Columbus?

Absolutely. It’s free, with no account required, wherever you live. Save your image and use it as inspiration for your own porch. The $10 DIY guide is coming soon.

What’s included in installation?

We bring your package’s materials, place each piece, and style the finished display. Delivery and installation are included in every package. Mums and additional hay bales are $30 each.

How does the photography discount work?

Choose optional photography permission at booking to save 15% on your package. This lets us photograph the finished display for our portfolio and marketing. Add-ons and removal are not discounted, and your name is not used without separate approval.

Can you remove everything after the season?

Yes. Add removal for $75 with The Welcome, $125 with The Signature, or $175 with The Grand Harvest or The Great Pumpkin. Choose the week before or after Thanksgiving at booking. Otherwise, the pieces are yours to keep.

What happens after I book?

Payment reserves capacity in your requested installation week. We review your booking within 24 hours and confirm an exact date or propose a nearby alternative for your approval. Your preview photo stays on your device; you can share your saved image with us separately.

How long will my display last?

Natural materials vary with weather and exposure. If you experience unusual deterioration within the first seven days after installation, contact us so we can review it. See our service policies for care and cancellation details.
